(02) Data we collect

Only the data you provide when contacting us through the questionnaire: your name and email address and, if you choose to include them, the name of your brand or project, your website or Instagram profile, and the information in your answers, such as your needs, timeframe and indicative budget.

The questionnaire asks for everything we need in order to reply, so please do not include special categories of data, such as health information.

This website is intended for professionals. If you are under 14, please do not send us your personal data.

(03) How we use it

To reply to your message, to prepare a proposal if you request one and, should we work together, to manage the project. For no other purpose: no marketing communications, no profiling and no automated decision-making.

(04) Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box before submitting the questionnaire (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation), and the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

(05) Retention

For as long as our conversation lasts and, if we do not go on to work together, for no more than one year after your last message. If we do work together, for the duration of the project and thereafter for as long as required by our tax and commercial obligations. Once that period ends, we delete it.

(06) Recipients and international transfers

Your data is processed only by us and, on our behalf and under a data processing agreement, by the following providers:

• Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), which emails us the questionnaire responses from its servers in Ireland.
• Google (Google Ireland Limited), which hosts our email on Google Workspace.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts the website and through whose servers responses pass when they are submitted.

Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the Regulation: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Beyond these cases, we will only disclose your data where required by law.

(07) Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the questionnaire validates what it receives before sending it on, and only the founders have access to the responses. Should a security breach put your data at risk, we will notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency within 72 hours and, where the risk is high, we will also inform you.

(08) Your rights

You may ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to us at hola@devenir.studio and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the AEPD.

(09) Cookies and storage

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.

When you switch language, the website briefly stores in your browser (sessionStorage) the point you had reached, so as to take you to the same place in the other version, and deletes it on arrival. This is strictly necessary technical storage for the service you request and does not require consent.

Our hosting provider records technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, in order to serve the website and protect it from abuse.

(10) Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with its date.
